First, an off-topic question about this sentence in the dialogue: "Başka bir film izleyelim." Would it be wrong to say "Başka film izleyelim," or do you need "bir" in there? I ask because my dictionary says "başka" can mean "another" in and of itself.
Second, I have a little -elim story to tell. The first place that I could clearly hear -elim being used was in a film starring the great Barış Manço, "Baba Bizi Eversene." In one scene, he sits in a drinking establishment and sings about his woes -- he is taking care of a baby that will turn out not to be really his (it's very complicated). Anyway, at the end, he says to his drinking buddies: "İçelim, içelim, içelim!" Then he does a spit take. :) The scene is very funny. If you are interested, here is a link:

Justin
You *can* say "başka film izleyelim." There's no significant difference between those two.
Haha! Thanks for sharing. İçelim!

Hi Justin,
Here is also "Speaking" is not working and after I downloaded it, it was obvious that it speaks about grammar case other than "Le's".

Hi Ali - I think you must have mixed something up on your end. I just tried downloading the speaking part to this lesson and it was as expected. The topic is -elim.
Ali
You are right! Sorry!
Silvia
Shall we search is :
biz arayalım mıyız?
thank you
biz arayalım mıyız?
thank you
Justin
@Silvia - you don't need the "mıyız." Just:
Biz arayalım mı?
The "we" is contained in the third person plural "-alım" suffix.

Can
you know you've been listening to Turkish Tea Time too much when..
1) you start humming the intro music spontaneously
2) you start experiencing weird versions of the dialogs in your dreams

by the way... is there a way for us to get the full intro music or is that a secret?

Under the language points tab, "Let's Learn" is listed as -eyim. Shouldn't it be -elim? I might be confusing something.
Justin
Yep! Good catch! Fixed :)
- A trivial notice: the letter "s" should be "ş" in the word "değistireyim" in the last line of the dialog.
Thank you very much guys and God Bless your efforts. :) :)
